MOTOR HOUSING

Aluminum alloy casting, characterized by the rigid structure and light weight

Motor framed with the special cooling fins, permits 40%(dual speed 40/20%)duty cycle.

MOTOR BRAKE

“Magnetic braking controller”–the special design to generate magnetic force, which allows instant brake as soon as the electric power is cut off. Thus the braking safety is guaranteed while loading.

LIMIT SWITCH

It is fitted at both top and bottom ends, and shuts off power automatically to prevent the load chain from running out for safety.

LOAD CHAIN

It is the hardened alloy steel chain.

HOOK

Hot forged high tensile steel, rigid and durable, the safe operation is assured by 360° swivel and safety latch.

HOIST BRACKET

It consists of double high-tensile alloy steel plates, which ensure the hard and durable construction.

TRANSFOMER

24V/36V/48V transformer device to the pendant control is for the safe operation

MAGNETIC CONTACTOR

It allows frequent trouble cycling with free operation.

PHASE ERROR RELAY

A specially designed electric board prevents motor from running in case of wiring error in the power supply.

PUSH BUTTON PENDANT

It offers waterproof, light and durable switching control.
